Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection (CDW-TP) - The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, the car rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss, fire or theft of, the vehicle after the deductible of up to $800 USD, depending on car class.
If CDW-TP is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

Deductible Protection (DP)
Personal Accident Protection (PAI)The purchase of personal accident protection is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.
PAI covers medical expenses resulting from bodily injuries suffered by the driver or any occupant of the rental vehicle (up to maximum vehicle capacity) while inside the vehicle, resulting from a car accident. The maximum protection per event is $400,000 MXN.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability (TPL) The purchase of TPL is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. Customers can obtain coverage for damages and injuries to third parties, up to the policy limits, by purchasing TPL protection. TPL coverage is subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement
A deductible of up to $880 USD applies depending on car class. Liability insurance purchased on third party travel websites and insurance that accompanies US credit or debit cards may not provide coverage in Paraguay.

Renter Requirement
Customer must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license.
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residentce. In addition to the drivers license, if the characheters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental
This location accepts notorized Chinese Drivers License.
Payment Policy
A passport in addition to a return airline ticket and a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization on the credit card will be taken on all rentals. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.

Debit/Check cards are only accepted at this location as a form of final payment. Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Any other non-credit card without one of these logos is not accepted.
Cash is only accepted at this location as a form of final payment.
Refueling Policy
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 20% surcharge will apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
Special Equipment
GPS Navigation Device – $10.00 per day. There is a replacement fee of $390 if the GPS is damaged or not returned.
Infant Seat – $3.00 per day. $130 replacement fee
