Most locations in the USA and Canada require a Credit Card at time of rental as part of the Renter's qualifications. Each location's deposit on a credit card ranges between $300 and $750. Effective on November 1, 2021 Alamo Rent A Car locations will NO longer accept cash as a deposit at time of rental. Customers with a prepaid Voucher/E-Voucher from the Caribbean, may use a VISA or Mastercard debit card issued on the renters name at the following locations in Florida: Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Orlando International Airport. In order to qualify for a debit card rental, customer must provide proof of paid flight arrival and departure. Flight/Ship dates must match reserved rental dates. IMPORTANT: Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Full Size, Minivan, Intermediate and Standard SUV are the only car classes that can be rented using debit cards. Renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent 12 & 15 Passenger Vans. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) included in all our rate plans If not included in the voucher, renters will be offered OPTIONAL items at time of rental. Please review final Rental Agreement charges prior to signing. All Signed Charges are FINAL.
