Requirements:

• Booking a Rental for 1, 2 or 3 days
• Booking a Compact, Intermdiate, or Standard Size  or Intermediate Car

How to Process

• A message below the rate for the Compact or Intermediate Car will indicate:
  • Free Upgrade Available.
• ​Book the car you want to pay for, the system will reserve for your customer the next car class.

​How will Customer Get the One Car Class Upgrade:

• If UPGRADE message was displayed the system will print an Upgrade Coupon
• Alamo's booking is confirmed for the UPGRADED Vehicle
  • ​If customer booked and paid for a Economy - Customer will received a Compact Size Car
  • If customer booked and paid for a Compact - Customer will received a Intermediate Size Car
  • If customer booked and paid for an Intermediate - Customer will receive a Standard Size Car
  • If customer booked and paid for an Standard - Customer will receive a Full Size Car
  • If customer booked and paid for an Intermediate SUV (IFAR) - Customer will receive a Standard SUV (SFAR)

​NO COUPON IS REQURED AT TIME OF RENTAL - Since the upgrade is preloaded in the system, Rental Agent may offer additiona upgrade options at time of rental - FROM the ALREADY upgraded car class.
